[{"type":"text","content":"GREENSBORO, N.C., Aug. 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Qorvo® (Nasdaq: QRVO), a leading provider of innovative RF solutions that connect the world, today announced that it has extended its registered exchange offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding $850,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029, which were previously issued on September 30, 2019, December 20, 2019 and June 11, 2020 pursuant to an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), for an equal principal amount of new notes registered under the Securities Act.\n The exchange offer, which had been scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 13, 2020, will now expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 21, 2020, unless further extended by Qorvo. All other terms, provisions and conditions of the exchange offer will remain in full force and effect. As of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 13, 2020, $847,474,000 aggregate principal amount of the outstanding notes had been tendered for exchange, representing approximately 99.7% of the outstanding notes. The terms of the exchange offer are set forth in a prospectus dated July 15, 2020 and the related letter of transmittal.
