This partnership marks a significant milestone as QED Connect acquires a 50% ownership stake in the popular streaming channel, Foody TV.Under the terms of the agreement, QEDN has acquired 50% ownership of the Foody TV trademark, name, and will partner on Merchandising sales and feature all QEDN products and services on the network. Revenues of the channel will be distributed accordingly. In a statement issued by the Company, Biznet expressed its excitement about the new partnership, as previous relationships regarding FOODYTV such as funding support, did not happen as promised, we are excited about the QEDN products and the opportunity for FOODY TV to now expand on the international market as we are in discussions of Launching a Channel in Colombia. And will seek additional sub-channels, as well as marketing/ branding and content development relationships. These plans were originally hindered by the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and a lack of funding and support with past relationships. Our goal was always to grow the network to a 24 x 7 broadcast format with an On Demand component.
