Mr. Chen is a principal of Chen Yang Consulting Services Inc. and a financial executive with 18 years of accounting, finance and strategic planning experience. He is currently the CFO of TSX-listed Zongshen PEM Power Systems (TSX:ZPP) Inc. He has also held CFO positions with Afcan Mining Corp. and Golden China Resources Corp., two mining companies also listed on TSX during his tenure. A Certified Management Accountant, Mr. Chen holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the Northeastern University in China.Upper Canyon Minerals Corp. is a growth oriented mineral-exploration resource company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (Symbol: UCM).
