(TSX VENTURE:\n QGR) (http://www.qgoldresources.com) announced the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders\n ("AGM") held on November 4, 2010. All items on the ballot sent to\n shareholders, the Election of Directors, the appointment of Auditors\n and the approval of the Company's Stock Option Plan, were approved,\n having received votes in excess of the requisite 51% majority. The\n Board of Directors now consists of the following members:\n\n\nJ. Bruce Carruthers II (Chairman)\nMr. Carruthers, the founder of the Company, is a graduate of both\n Princeton University with a B.A. in Geology and Pennsylvania State\n University with an M.S. in Mineral Economics. He has over forty years\n of experience in management and operations of public companies in the\n international mining and oil industries.\n\n\nRobert Gardner, QC\nMr. Gardner received his Masters of Arts and Law degree from the\n University of Cambridge.
