(TSX VENTURE:\n QGR) (http://www.qgoldresources.com) is pleased to announce the results of drill holes QMG10-07 to QMG10-12\n of its diamond core drilling program on its 93% owned McKenzie Gray\n gold/silver discovery near Mine Centre, Ontario. In the fall of 2010,\n Q-Gold completed a Phase II diamond-drilling program on the McKenzie\n Gray property consisting of 18 drill holes totaling 2,612 metres.\n\n\nHighlights of drill holes QMG10-07 to QMG10-12 on McKenzie Gray include\n 3.45 metres of 112.49 g/t silver, including 1.1 metres of 295.69 g/t\n silver (QMG10-10); 0.15 metres of  82.82 g/t gold (QMG10-07) and 0.85\n metres of 10.41 g/t gold, 156.15 g/t silver and 4.46% zinc (QMG10-12).\n\n\nThe company is very pleased with its recent achievements on McKenzie\n Gray and is looking forward to further exploration and the possible\n extension of this high-grade gold and silver system in Phase III.\n\n\nAssay results for the remaining drill holes are forthcoming.\n\n\nDrilling Results\n\n\nQ-Gold Resources Ltd. completed the above 18-hole Phase II\n diamond-drilling program on the McKenzie Gray property in November of\n 2010.
