[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 6955O\n PZ CUSSONS PLC\n 15 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n 15 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n PZ Cussons plc\n \n \n \n \n \n Publication of Annual Report and Financial Statements \n \n \n \n \nand Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n PZ Cussons plc (the 'Group') announces that it will today publish and post (or otherwise make available) to shareholders its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2021 ('Annual Report'), together with its 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting ('Notice of Meeting') and form of proxy.\n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Notice of Meeting and Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspections at \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n and on the Group's website at \n \n https://www.pzcussons.com\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n The Group's 2021 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester Airport, Chicago Ave, Manchester M90 3RA on Tuesday 23 November 2021 at 10:30am. Shareholders are able to attend the AGM in person subject to Covid-19 safety precautions that will be in place. \n \n \n \n \n \n Questions may also be submitted in advance by email. A recording of the AGM will be available following the AGM.
