Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companies Code on prohibition of insider trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Person and their immediate relatives from Tuesday April 01, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March, 31, 2025. Pursuant to the above all Directors/KMP/Designated Persons/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company to consider and approve Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31,2025 will be intimated separately in the due course of time.
