As a\n proven veteran of the North American technology industry, Mr. Liddle\n brings a 30 year executive portfolio to the PURE Energy board.\n Executive management experience includes all aspects of; research,\n development and commercialization, as well as public company management\n and operations and venture capital corporate finance. Mr. Liddle's past\n successes within both consumer, and commercial markets span across a\n broad spectrum of innovation based sectors, from; energy storage\n innovations and wireless semi-conductors, to set-top boxes, internet\n service providers and web based construction companies.\n\n\nCurrently, Mr. Liddle is the President and CEO of Pathion, Inc., an\n advanced energy storage technology company based in Los Gatos,\n California USA. Mr. Liddle is also a founding member and Managing\n Director of Evergreen Transaction Partners, LLC (\"Evergreen\"), an\n advisory firm that provides venture capital fund-raising and strategic\n partnership services to emerging innovation companies and development\n projects. Leveraging over 10 years of success as a Managing Partner of\n Emerging Technology Partners, Mr. Liddle has advised and raised capital\n for more than 120 early stage technology companies, the majority of\n which has completed either a successful public offering, or a\n profitable sale.\n\n\nPrior to co-founding Evergreen, Mr. Liddle was CEO of Home Director,\n Inc., a public company, which was a leader in the structured wiring and\n technology markets for new home construction. In operation for more\n than 12 years, Home Director, Inc., customers included many of the top\n home builders and property developers in the United States.
