The Company's\n intent is to utilize this drill program as a first step towards a\n resource classification of the brine. Geophysical survey work has\n identified a closed basin and confirmed conductors that are thought to\n be representative of lithium bearing brine present in the basin.\n\n\nThrough recent staking, Pure Energy now holds the rights to acquire\n approximately 7000 acres in the Montezuma Valley adjacent to Clayton\n Valley.
