Mr. Mintak\n is a founding director of PURE, with extensive hands on operational\n experience with the Company.\n\n\nMr. Mintak has over 25 years of experience in executive administration\n in a variety of industries. Prior to joining PURE, Mr. Mintak served as\n a management consultant with several private and public lithium\n exploration companies and developed an extensive network of contacts in\n both the industrial technology and mineral exploration side of the\n capital market. Mr. Mintak also served as a senior officer and director\n of a number of private and public companies and non-for-profits groups.\n As a founding director of PURE, Mr. Mintak has an in-depth\n understanding of the lithium mineral and processing technologies\n industry.\n\n\nMr. Mintak replaces Mr. Jason Dussault who has resigned as the Company's\n Chief Executive Officer, but remains as an independent director of PURE\n and who will continue to provide direction and resources to the Company\n in that capacity.
