(\"MIZ\") pursuant to which MIZ has agreed to provide the Company with certain services, including advising the Company on processing methodology with a focus on the identification of alternative lithium extraction and recovery strategies (the \"Services\"). The Agreement is for an initial term of three months, subject to monthly renewal thereafter, unless earlier terminated in accordance with its terms.\nMr. Tom Currin, a specialist in Lithium Brine Chemical Process Development, will provide the Company with the Services under the Agreement and will act as Strategic Advisor to the board of directors. \nMr. Currin brings 35 years of lithium project expertise in the fields of engineering, processing, and evaluation. Mr. Currin is currently President and Co-Founder of MIZ Comercializadora, S.de R.L., a privately held company providing engineering services, lithium chemical products and recycling services to the lithium chemical industry. Prior to founding MIZ, Mr. Currin held various technical and management positions within the Lithium Division of FMC Inc. (\"FMC\"), a Fortune 500 diversified chemicals, mining and machinery company. FMC is one of the primary producers of lithium worldwide including Lithium Extraction operations in Argentina. In the last five years, Mr. Currin has performed evaluations of Lithium Projects in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Australia. Most recently Mr. Currin managed Li3 Energy's Salar de Maricunga Exploration and Development Project.\nMr. Currin adds a critical element to the team with a breadth of operational business experience in the Lithium industry.
