The high-growth Internet software and\nservice company has confirmed its plans to open a customer interaction\nfacility in a joint announcement with the Province of New Brunswick in\nMiramichi made earlier today.\n\n\nColin Campbell, Hostopia's CEO and COO states, "Hostopia's global Web\nservices business demands high-calibre employees to staff our support\noperations. Hostopia is pleased to provide professional training to qualified\napplicants who will quickly become productive members of our service and\nsupport teams, currently located in Toronto and Nikolayev, Ukraine."\n\n\nCampbell adds, "Miramichi is a terrific location to house our newest\nsupport operation. We look forward to\nfinding great new employees in the region and doing our part to help diversify\nthe local economy in a true win-win partnership."\n\n\nAs Hostopia prepares for the opening of the new 20,000 square foot\ncontact centre facility, it has announced immediate plans to interview, hire\nand train employees to be ready to work in time for the planned September\noperation opening. An open Job Fair will be conducted July 4th, 5th and 6th at\nthe Rodd Miramichi River, from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. each day. Applicants\nwith resumes in hand are invited to come on an open invitation basis with no\nappointment necessary. Hostopia will conduct interviews on a "first come -\nfirst served" basis for a variety of positions, including:\n\n\n- Assistant Manager Quality Assurance/Customer Service\n- Assistant Manager of Operations\n- Customer Care Administrator\n- Technical Support Specialists, (Level I and Level II)\n- Technical Support Traffic Analyst\n- Web Design Consultant(s)\n\n\nHostopia intends to offer positions within two weeks of the interviews\nconducted at the Job Fair.\n\n\nCampbell con...
