This renewal extends the 5-year relationship Pure has enjoyed with ESPN, servicing their top tier CFB games of the week. Pure will provide a 53' foot broadcast support truck starting on September 1st with the West Virginia vs. Virginia Tech game at Fed Ex Field.\n\nPure also announced the successful launch of an equity private placement undertaken in April. To date, the company has successfully raised or and received commitments for over $400,000 in new equity capital, placing 2,000,000 restricted common shares at a price of .20 cents per share with accredited investors. The funds will be used to further Pure's goal of becoming a leading provider of mobile HD broadcast truck facilities.
