The flow-through units were issued at\n$0.20 per share and the ordinary shares were issued at $0.16.\nA total of 1,357,750 shares were issued together with 513,750 warrants\nexercisable at $0.25 per share until June 30, 2006 and at $0.30 per share\nuntil September 30, 2007.
