("Pulse" or the "Company")\nannounced today that it has entered into an automatic share repurchase plan\nunder its normal course issuer bid. The pre-defined plan, with its designated\nbroker, allows for the purchase of common shares of Pulse at any time,\nincluding when Pulse would not ordinarily be active in the market due to\ninternal trading blackout periods, insider trading rules or otherwise.\n\n\nThe pre-defined plan will terminate on the earliest of: the date on which\nthe purchase limits specified in the plan have been attained, the date on\nwhich the normal course issuer bid terminates, or the close of trading on\nNovember 27, 2008.\n\n\nABOUT PULSE\n\n\nPulse is a market leader in the acquisition, marketing and licensing of\n2D and 3D seismic data to the western Canadian energy sector. Pulse owns the\nsecond-largest licensable seismic data library in Canada, currently consisting\nof approximately 257,300 net kilometres of 2D seismic and 12,200 net square\nkilometres of 3D seismic.
