("Pulse" or the "Company") is\npleased to announce the appointment of Robert Robotti to the Board of\nDirectors. Mr. Robotti is President of Robotti & Company, LLC, a registered\nbroker-dealer and President of Robotti & Company Advisors, LLC, a registered\ninvestment advisor. Mr. Robotti is a Managing Member of Ravenswood Management\nCompany, LLC, which serves as the General Partner of The Ravenswood Investment\nCompany, L.P. and Ravenswood III, L.P. Mr. Robotti controls a significant\nnumber of shares in Pulse.\n\n\nMr. Robotti is based in New York City and is a Certified Public\nAccountant. Mr. Robotti holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. in\nAccounting from Pace University. Mr. Robotti is a member of the New York\nSociety of Security Analysts and serves on the Board of Directors of Panhandle\nOil and Gas Inc. (Amex: PHX). As an independent director to Pulse, Mr. Robotti\nwill serve on the both the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees.\n\n\n"I am pleased to be joining the Board of Directors of Pulse", stated Mr.\nRobotti. Mr. Zentner has recently relocated outside of Canada and will\ncontinue as a valued member of the Board of Directors.\n\n\nMr. J. Graham Weir has been appointed Chairman of the Board and has\nresigned as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
