[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0516Y Access Intelligence PLC 16 December 2010 \n \n\nACCESS INTELLIGENCE PLC\n(\"Access Intelligence\" or \"the Group\")\n(Innovative Compliance Solutions)\n \nTrading Update and Directorate Change\n \nThe Board of Access Intelligence plc (AIM: ACC) is pleased to report that, following the financial year end on 30 November 2010, the Board expects operating profits to be in line with market expectations, having capitalised £400,000 of Research and Development expenditure relating to products to be launched next year. Turnover will be slightly below market expectations.\n \nThe 2009/10 year has been very good for most of our companies and in particular Access Intelligence Media Communications Ltd and Due North Ltd have delivered excellent results. As well as further consolidation of our position in the public sector, we have also made significant progress in the private sector with several new contract wins. After a strong first couple of months however, it has been a difficult period for our latest acquisition, Cobent Ltd, where sales have proven slow to close in the prevailing economic climate. We remain confident that we have an excellent software product in the Cobent LCS and look forward to this division's future growth. \n \nThe preliminary announcement is planned for Monday 7th March 2011 with the AGM for Tuesday April 12th 2011 at 10.00am in London.\n \n \nDirector Appointment\n \nThe Board is also pleased to announce that Joanna Arnold, the Corporate Development director of Access Intelligence since 2008, has agreed to join the Board of the Company with immediate effect.\n \n \nMarguarite Joanna Arnold (Aged 29), Corporate Development Director\n \nJoanna Arnold joined Access Intelligence in December 2008. Since that time she has completed three acquisitions and two funding rounds in her capacity as Corporate Development Director. Prior to Access Intelligence, Joanna was an Investment Manager at Elderstreet Investments Ltd specialising in technology. She was previously a Fixed Income Investment Analyst at European Credit Management specialising in Leveraged Loans.
