Access Intelligence Plc, (AIM: ACC) the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, announces in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 June 2022 the Company's issued share capital comprises 130,524,386 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 2,873,964 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 127,650,422.

 

The above figure of 127,650,422 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
