[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE\n\n20 OCTOBER 2008\n\n ACCESS INTELLIGENCE PLC \n\n (\"Access Intelligence plc\" or \"the Group\") \n\n (Software and computer services) \n\n Result of EGM \n\nAt the Extraordinary General Meeting of Access Intelligence Plc held at 10.00\na.m. today, all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.\n\nThe 46,000,000 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the subscription\nannounced on 22 September 2008 will be admitted to trading on AIM on 24 October\n2008.\n\nThe appointment of Michael Jackson as Executive Chairman and David Lowe as\nNon-Executive Director will take place subsequent to the completion of the\nshare subscription. These changes are anticipated to take effect from Monday 27\nOctober 2008.
