CONFIRMATION OF NAME CHANGE
 AND AIM RULE 26 WEBPAGE

Access Intelligence (AIM: ACC), the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, confirms the immediate change of name to Pulsar Group plc (the "Name Change").

The Company is pleased to announce that Companies House issued a change of name certificate on 7 May 2024 and the name change to Pulsar Group plc from Access Intelligence plc has become effective immediately.

Further to the announcement made on 16 April 2024, the Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new ticker symbol "PULS" is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 8 May 2024. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

In conjunction with the Name Change, the Company's website address will change to www.pulsargroup.com. All information required by AIM Rule 26 will be located on the "Investors" section of the website with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 8 May 2024.

Shareholder's rights are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
