Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the government relations and public affairs group providing clients with a fully integrated and comprehensive range of services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Forvis Mazars, LLP ("Forvis") as its new statutory auditor with effect from 16 July 2024. PPHC would like to thank its previous statutory auditor, Crowe U.K. LLP, and its component auditor, MN Blum LLC, for their contributions and service since 2021 and 2017, respectively.

Forvis will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The ratification of the appointment of Forvis as statutory auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Crowe U.K. LLP has confirmed that there are no reasons nor matters connected with them ceasing to hold office as auditors that they consider should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.

The Board looks forward to working with Forvis as sole statutory auditor effective immediately.
