(TSX-V: PTX), a Canadian\nexploration company, announced today that it has entered into an Exploration\nAgreement ("EA") with Mattagami First Nation for exploration activities being\ncarried out on the Company's Shining Tree Gold Property.\n\n\nEXPLORATION AGREEMENT\n\n\nThe EA provides a framework for a working relationship between the two\nparties. The Mattagami First Nation will have preferred access to employment\nopportunities and contracts in connection with exploration on the Shining Tree\nGold Property. Platinex will have the benefit of traditional knowledge of the\nMattagami First Nation and both parties will work together to minimize and\nmitigate environmental impacts from the exploration activities.\n\n\nJames R.
