Proxim Wireless Receives Bank Waiver

Silicon Valley, December 2, 2010 – On November 30, 2010, Proxim Wireless Corporation (OTCQX: PRXM) received a countersigned loan modification document from its lender Bridge Bank, National Association.  In that document, Bridge Bank waived the financial covenant default that had arisen during the third quarter of 2010 and received a $5,000 fee.
