(“Providence” or the “Company”)\n \n \n (\n \n \n TSXV:PHD\n \n \n ) (OTC:PRRVF)\n(GR-FRANKFURT:7RH1)\n \n \n announces the following\ncorporate changes.  The Company is very pleased to announce that\neffective immediately that\n \n \n Richard T.\n\"Dick\" Todd,\n \n \n EM, PLS.\n \n \n has become a director.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Richard T. \"Dick\" Todd graduated with the\nprofessional degree of Engineer of Mines (EM) and immediately\nemigrated to Australia to the position of Assistant Officer in Charge\nfor B.H.P. Co.  Ltd at their Iron Knob property in South Australia.\nHe was promoted to Officer in Charge of a neighbouring mine at Iron\nBaron where he took charge of the mine. During his time at Iron Baron\nDick earned the State of South Australia's Quarry Manager's\nCertification. After 3 1/2 years in Australia, he returned to the U.S.\nin mid-1968 where he took on the position of Quarry Superintendent for\nKaiser Cement and Gypsum Corporation near Lucerne Valley, California\nAfter many years with Kaiser Cement,\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Todd then became a licensed Land Surveyor and\nstarted Todd Land Surveying in Big Bear Lake, California. He was\ncommissioned to complete a mining claim survey for the Oro gold\nproperty  laying out and mapping the entire 6,000 ft centerline of\nthe La Dama de Oro Claim Group.\n \n \n \n \n In 2008, Dick was commissioned by a mining company\nto file a Plan of Operations with the BLM in 2009 to January of 2011,\nDick assisted in the Exploration and Development Programs for the La\nDama de Oro, In October 2012, after all, biological and archaeological\nrequirements were satisfied, the BLM granted the decision to allow the\nPlan of Operations.\n \n \n \n \n Since then, Mr. Todd has resided in Sonora California\nactively surveying. Providence Gold first had the pleasure being\nintroduced to Mr. Todd in late 2017 at the Land Survey Branch in\nSonora CA.  Since that time Mr Todd has demonstrated an outstanding\nknowledge of the motherlode belt. The Company is very delighted\nhaving Mr. Todd become a director.\n \n \n \n \n Other Announ...
