The Open Offer has raised approximately £1.025 million and accordingly 68,312,935 Offer Shares have been issued at a price of 1.5p each.\n \nThe number of Offer Shares applied for by Qualifying Shareholders under their Basic Entitlement was 46,567,096 Offer Shares, representing approximately 33.3 per cent of the total number of Offer Shares available. All applications by Qualifying Shareholders for their Basic Entitlement have been satisfied in full. \n \nThe number of Offer Shares applied for by Qualifying Shareholders under the Excess Application Facility amounted to 21,745,839 Offer Shares.
