[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 5996O\n Proteome Sciences PLC\n 02 June 2020\n \n \n \n 2 June 2020\n \n Proteome Sciences plc\n (\"Proteome Sciences\" or the \"Company\")\n \n Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n Proteome Sciences Plc (AIM: PRM), the specialist provider of contract proteomics services to enable drug discovery, development and biomarker identification, announces that the Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting (the \"AGM\") will be held at 11.00 am on 26 June 2020 at Nicholson House, Thames Street, Weybridge KT13 8JG. Notification of the AGM and proxy form have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website at \n \n www.proteomics.com\n \n . \n \n \n In light of the current restrictions on gatherings and non-essential travel related to the COVID-19 pandemic, \n it is currently envisaged that the AGM will be run as a closed meeting with the minimum necessary quorum of shareholders (being two shareholders) in order to conduct the formal business of the meeting. \n Whilst the current guidance remains in place, no other shareholders will be permitted to physically attend the meeting. Any shareholder who attempts to attend the meeting will be refused entry. \n \n \n Shareholders are encouraged to register their votes using the proxy form provided and are strongly encouraged to only appoint the 'Chairman of the meeting' as proxy, as no other proxy will be permitted to attend the meeting. \n We are providing an opportunity for shareholders to submit written questions relating to the business of the AGM by sending an email to \n \n [email protected]\n \n . Questions submitted at least 48 hours prior to the AGM date will be reviewed and responses provided on the Company website at \n \n www.proteomics.com\n \n .\n \n \n The Board will keep these AGM arrangements under review and will update shareholders via the Regulatory News Service as appropriate, with any such announcements to be uploaded to the Company's website.
