[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0291H Premier Gold Resources PLC 14 June 2013 \n \n\nEmbargoed: 0700hrs 14 June 2013\n \nPremier Gold Resources plc\n(\"Premier Gold\" or the \"Company\")\n \nRe-registration of Cholokkaindy Licence Approved\n \nPremier Gold (AIM: PGR), the Central Asia-focused gold exploration and development company operating in the Kyrgyz Republic, is pleased to announce that the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources, the controlling mining authority in the Kyrgyz Republic, has approved the Company's application to re-register the Cholokkaindy licence (the \"Licence\") to the Company's subsidiary Premier Asia Resources LLC (\"PAR\"). \n \nThe Licence was previously registered to Alji LLC, a subsidiary of PAR. The re-registration therefore removes a layer from the organisational structure and simplifies the corporate reporting procedure. \n \nThere is no change to the Company's interest in the Licence (80%), or to the terms of the Licence which remains valid until 31 December 2017, as a result of this re-registration.\n \nThere remains a lithium licence registered to Alji LLC (acquired as part of the acquisition of Central Asia Resources in March 2012).
