[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1245F Premier Management Holdings PLC 06 January 2010 \n \n\nPremier Management Holdings PLC (\"Premier\" or the \"Company\")\n\nOption Agreement\n\nFurther to the announcements released by the Company on 30 June 2009 and 30 September 2009 in relation to the call option agreement entered into with Robert Easom, Julian Cordani and Hamilton International plc (the \"Vendors\") to acquire Trading Sports Limited (the \"First Option\"), and the announcement released by the Company on 23 July 2009 in relation to a call option agreement entered into with Mr Robbert Jol to acquire a 25% shareholding in Finalfutures.com Limited (the \"Second Option\"), the Company announces that it has today entered into Deeds of Amendment amending the terms of the First Option and the Second Option (together, the \"Options\").\n\nAccordingly, the period during which the Options may be validly exercised by Premier has been extended from 31 December 2009 to 30 April 2010. In addition, the date for payment by Premier of the consideration due to the Vendors in respect of the First Option, in the event that it is not exercised by premier, has been extended from 31 March 2010 to 30 April 2010 \n\nThe exercise of the Options remains subject to completion of satisfactory due diligence by Premier on Trading Sports Limited and its subsidiaries and approval by the Company's board.
