[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 5636O\n Prospex Oil and Gas PLC\n 01 June 2020\n \n \n \n \n Prospex Oil and Gas Plc / Index: AIM / Epic: PXOG / Sector: Oil and Gas\n \n \n 1 June\n 2020\n \n \n Prospex Oil and Gas Plc \n \n \n (\"Prospex\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n Award of Share Options\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Prospex Oil and Gas Plc, the AIM quoted investment company, \n announces that it has today awarded a total of 142,626,506 options over new Ordinary Shares in the Company to members of the Board and other staff (the 'Options'). \n The Options awarded represent 6.44% of the currently issued share capital of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Options have been awarded with a strike price of 0.16p per ordinary share, being a 33% premium to the price at which the Company completed its recent Placing as announced on 30 January 2020 and a 33% premium to the mid-market closing share price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 29 May 2020.
