The new board is being assisted in its endeavours by consultant John McKeon, previously a founder of Circle Oil plc.\n \nPremier has an option to acquire Central Asia Resources Limited which is investing in natural resources projects in Kyrgyzstan, the first of these being the Cholokkaindy Project, a gold exploration licence. Cholokkaindy is the site of an old underground trial lead and tin mine where significant gold values have been recorded.
