("Georox" or "the\nCompany ) (GXR:TSX-V; OF6A:FRA) is pleased to announced that it has completed\nthe acquisition of oil and gas interests from a company based in Alberta.\n\n\nThe purchase price paid is Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars\n($550,000) plus GST in Canadian Funds with an effective date of May 1, 2009\nand the closing date of June 26, 2009. The acquisition includes a forty five\npercent working interest in five producing oil wells as well as a 12.5% gross\noverriding royalty in a sixth well. All of the wells have a lengthy production\nhistory and are currently producing. The acquisition is considered an Exempt\nAcquisition in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 5.3.\n\n\nAbout Georox\n\n\nGeorox Resources Inc. is a natural resource based company.
