[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n26 June 2024\nHSS Hire Group Plc\nTrading update and AGM statement\n \n\"Solid performance alongside continued strategic progress\"\n \nHSS Hire Group Plc (\"HSS\" or \"the Group\") provides the following trading update ahead of its Annual General Meeting later today.\n \nThe Group has continued to make strategic progress with both the HSS ProService and HSS Operations business plans and delivered solid financial performance for the first five months of FY24 with revenue growth of 4% compared to the same prior year period despite the impact of the mild winter on seasonal product performance.\n \nWhile remaining mindful of the macro-environment including the impact of the upcoming election and after assuming normal levels of seasonal product performance, HSS anticipates full year Adjusted EBITA to be in line with market expectations.\n \nA further update on the Group's strategy and performance will be provided at the half year results announcement in September 2024.\n \n \n-Ends-\n \nNotes to editors\nHSS Hire Group plc provides tool and equipment hire and related services in the UK and Ireland through a nationwide network of Group companies and third-party suppliers.
