Notice of Interim Results
ProService Building Services Marketplace plc will release its unaudited interim results for the six months ending 30 September 2025 on 19 December 2025, which will predate the commercial supply agreement with Speedy Hire plc and the disposal of HSS The Hire Service Company. Consequently, these interim results will not reflect any trading from the Speedy Hire agreement, and THSC will be reported as continuing operations.
