[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n29 August 2025\nHSS Hire Group plc\nNotice of Annual General Meeting & Notice of Final Results\nHSS Hire Group plc (\"HSS\") confirms that its Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM Notice\" and \"AGM\") and form of proxy has today been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website at https://www.hsshiregroup.com/.  The AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 25 September 2025 at Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow, Pavilion Centre, Eastern Perimeter Road, Hatton Cross, Heathrow, TW6 2SQ.  In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, HSS is required to hold an AGM within six months of the end of its year end. \nHSS's preliminary results for the 15 month period to 31 March 2025 are expected to be published on 25th September and the Annual Report and Accounts (\"2025 ARA\") is expected to be published shortly thereafter. Therefore the 2025 ARA has not, as of the date of this announcement, been published and as a result will not be available for circulation in sufficient time prior to the AGM.
