[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7114V HSS Hire Group PLC 20 April 2016  \n\n20 April 2016 \nHSS Hire Group plc \n(\"HSS\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirectorate Changes\n \nHSS announces that after seven years with the Group, Steve Trowbridge, Chief Financial Officer, is today stepping down from the Board to pursue new opportunities.  HSS is pleased to announce that Steve Bailey will become Interim Chief Financial Officer.
