The Board believes that 'The Property Franchise Group plc' recognises the Group's strategic success in developing from a single franchisor to a multi franchisor of residential sales and lettings agents and, therefore, more accurately reflects the main business of the Group. \n \nIt is anticipated that on 21 March 2017, the Company's TIDM 'ticker' will change to 'TPFG'.
