[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n10 July 2023\nThe Property Franchise Group PLC\n(the \"Company\") \nIssue of Equity & PDMR Shareholding\nThe Property Franchise Group (LON:TPFG), announces the issuance of 213,041 new ordinary shares of 1p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") pursuant to the exercise of options by its two executive directors.\nThese options were exercised pursuant to the Company's Share Option Schemes and Deferred Bonus Plan. It is expected that Admission will occur on 13 July 2023.\nFollowing Admission, the Company will have 32,255,007 ordinary shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM.
