Emerging Resource Development Corp announces new CEO

It is with great regret that effective Aug 1^st 2012 I John Semachko Jr will be resigning my position of CEO and appointing Joseph Rezek as interim CEO.

I will assume the position of Director of Investor Relations and help Mr Rezek through the transition. I am resigning The CEO position to seek full time compensated employment and will not have the necessary time that is needed to move this company forward to a profitable position.

Joseph Rezek who is CEO of ARDC has over twenty years in managing multimillion dollar  companies. I feel that he is the right person as successor and has the tenacity to get us moving forward towards profitable position.
