Change of auditor

ProBiotix Health plc (AQUIS: PBX), a life sciences business developing probiotics to support cardiometabolic health, announces the appointment of Gerald Edelman as the Company's auditor. Gerald Edelman LLP will replace Gravita Audit Limited with immediate effect.

The Company's previous auditor, Gravita Audit Limited, has confirmed to the Company that it is not aware of any circumstances connected with its termination as auditor that it considers should be brought to the attention of the Board, creditors or shareholders of the Company.
