PROREIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

MONTREAL , Jan. 22, 2024 /CNW/ - PRO Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROREIT" or the "REIT") (TSX: PRV.UN) announced today that a cash distribution of $0.0375 per trust unit of the REIT for the month of January 2024 will be payable on February 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at January 31, 2024.
