The results of the polls are as follows:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Special Resolution\n \n \n \n \n For\n \n \n \n \n %\n \n \n \n \n Against\n \n \n \n \n %\n \n \n \n \n Total\n \n \n \n \n % of issued share capital\n \n \n \n \n Withheld\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 1.
