Result of Annual General Meeting
Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed except for resolution 8 which was not passed.
The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM are contained in the Notice of AGM, which was published on 13 June 2025 and a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.primorusinvestments.com.
