Further re Dividend Declaration

Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that, further to the announcement on 11 March 2024, the timetable for the special dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share has been amended as set out below.

The Special Dividend is expected to be paid on 10 April 2024 to shareholders on the register at 6:00 p.m. on 2 April 2024. The ordinary shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 28 March 2024.
