[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0929B\n Primorus Investments PLC\n 08 June 2021\n \n \n \n \n Primorus Investments plc\n \n \n (\"Primorus\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n Final Results and Notice of AGM\n \n \n Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) is pleased to report its final results for the year ended 31 December 2020 and announce its Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on 30 June 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n The following documents are now available on the Company's website www.primorusinvestments.com:\n \n \n · \n Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 (\"Annual Report\").\n \n \n · \n Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"), which will be held at 9:00 a.m. on 30 June 2021, together with a form of proxy.\n \n \n Due to the uncertainty of what Government regulations applicable to the COVID-19 pandemic will be in place at the date of the AGM, it is intended that the minimum attendance (being two shareholders) required to form a quorum will be permitted to attend the AGM. Accordingly, shareholders are advised not to attend the meeting in person and are strongly urged to register their votes in advance of the meeting by appointing the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy, with their voting instructions. Further details are included in the Notice of AGM.\n \n \n As provided for in the Company's articles of association, copies of both documents have been made available on the Company's website. In the interests of the environment and continuing to reduce the Company's costs, in line with the Board's previously announced strategic objectives, printed copies will not be sent.
