Dividend Declaration

Following the recent realisation of Primorus' investment in Payapps Limited, as announced on 22 February 2024, the Directors of the Company are pleased to declare a special dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share (the "Special Dividend"), amounting to a distribution of proceeds to shareholders of approximately £2.1 million, in aggregate. The Special Dividend is expected to be paid on 10 April 2024 to shareholders on the register at 6:00 p.m. on 22 March 2024. The ordinary shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 21 March 2024.
