The AGM is to be held at 1.00pm on\nThursday 16 August at the offices of Bridgewell Limited, Old Change House, 128\nQueen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4BJ.\n\nThe Board also announces that at a Board meeting on 24 July 2007, the Board\nappointed Mr David Buchler, Sir Jeremy Hanley and Mr George Wardale as\nNon-Executive Directors of the Company.
