Termination of Appointment and Resignation of Director

ALTE advises that Gneiss Energy Limited's appointment as the Company's corporate finance adviser has terminated in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of the appointment, effective on 1 July 2024 (the "Termination").

In conjunction with the Termination, ALTE advises that Andrew Coull has submitted his resignation as a director of the Company effective today.
