Change of Auditor

Alteration Earth PLC, the special purpose acquisition company, announces that it has changed its auditor for the financial year ending 30 September 2022.

The Company has appointed PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors for the financial year ending 30 September 2022.

Sawin & Edwards LLP, ALTE's outgoing auditors, has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.

Any proposal to re-appoint PKF Littlejohn LLP as independent auditor for the financial year ending 30 September 2023 will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the Company's first annual general meeting which will be held in 2023.
