Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that David Barron is to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Board, effective 7 July 2023, to pursue his other business interests.

Robert Colthorpe, Chairman, commented:

"David joined the Board in 2019, having served on the former Miton Group plc board since 2013. He has made a profound contribution to the Company over this time and was pivotal in ensuring the success of the merger. I join the whole Board in thanking David and wish him well for the future."
