Premier's Corporate Policies Regarding Unsolicited Electronic Communication

Premier has become aware of a number of unsolicited electronic communications that have been transmitted about the Company by an unknown third party or parties. Premier has received numerous complaints about this unsolicited electronic communications and is taking all necessary steps to investigate the matter. Thomas A. Miller, Premier's CEO, stated, "We do not know who is spamming our company and we are aggressively pursuing this matter to cease this illegal activity. This sort of unsolicited communication was not authorized by Premier and we are doing everything we can to locate its source." Premier's Corporate Policy clearly states that the Company complies with, and is committed to, honoring the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct. With respect to the transmission of unsolicited electronic communications, Premier endorses and is in compliance with the Federal CAN-SPAM act of 2003, the Unsolicited Telecommunication Advertisement Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
